Returns + Refunds



Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer cancelations, returns, exchanges, or refunds on purchases. 
We do our best to package our arrangements effectively, but items can get damaged during the postage process.
Your happiness is our top priority so if there is an issue with your order you have received - please notify us and send through photos via email within 48 hours of receiving the product so we can look into the issue. Any claim after this period will not be valid. Claims are considered on a case-by-case basis only and are not guaranteed.

Please note:

We are not able to provide a refund, return, exchange or compensation if you receive your order later than expected.

We are unable to provide a refund, return or exchange due to disappointment or frustration from receiving your order later than expected or not on the date you prefer.

We recommend placing your order well ahead of time to avoid disappointment and contacting us before ordering if you need to receive your order by a specific date.

We do not provide returns, refunds or exchanges for a 'change of mind' OR if the arrangement is smaller or bigger than expected. We recommend that you choose carefully.

Dried and preserved flowers are prone to shedding. This is unavoidable but can be managed if handled carefully. We are unable to provide any compensation, returns, refunds or exchanges for some shedding of flower petals.

Dried and preserved flowers are real, natural flowers and are prone to blemishes and imperfections. We are unable to provide any compensation, returns, refunds or exchanges due to slight defects (such as slight cracks, marks, or similar).

Dried flowers and preserved are prone to shedding. This is unavoidable but can be managed if handled carefully. We are unable to provide any compensation, returns, refunds or exchanges for shedding of flower petals or if they fall out during transit.

From time to time due to seasonality and unexpected supply shortages, we may need to replace flowers in your order with an alternative flower of equal or greater value. If we need to replace your flowers we will first attempt to make contact to confirm that you are ok to go ahead with the replacement. If we are unable to contact you we will ship your item with the substitutions (don't worry, they will still be stunning!).

We understand that mistakes can happen. In the event that you’ve entered the address incorrectly on your order, please get in touch as soon as you’re aware of the mistake so that we can attempt to update your order. If you contact us with a new delivery address, and your order is still awaiting dispatch, we will try to update your order with the correct address. If the order has already been dispatched, or delivery is attempted and it’s found that the address supplied is incorrect or does not exist, we’ll try to attempt a re-delivery for the applicable postage charge. Postage fees vary dependent on location so we will get in touch to confirm the postage fee payable.

We are unable to provide refunds for delivery if you have provided incorrect delivery details.

We are not able to provide a refund, return, exchange on any sale, customised and made to order products.

As our products are seasonal and often vary with each order, there may be variations to the reference images used on this website for any product you may order which contains dried, preserved and artificial flowers. As dried and preserved flowers are real and natural, they come in various shapes, colours and styles and no two flowers are the same. The photos that are provided on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the product you order. We do our best to give you product as similar as possible with the products available to us at the time. We will not accept a return or exchange of any product due to any variation between the dried, preserved and artificial flowers you receive and the reference images on our site.

As our products are being posted domestically, transport can take a toll on our fragile products. It is important to allow a few days for your dried and preserved flowers to settle so we recommend handling them gently and with care. Once our products leave our premises, they are out of our control, and we cannot provide a refund or accept the return of flowers that are damaged in transit.
